Terms of Service

These terms and conditions govern the use of the service offered by the legal entity Privacy Proxy. By using PrivacyProxy, you accept our B2B commercial terms of use. The client is responsible for the correct installation of the Docker agent in their local infrastructure.
1. Local Agent Usage
PrivacyProxy provides a binary/container ('The Agent') that the client runs on their own servers. The availability and correct routing of traffic to the database is the sole responsibility of the client's infrastructure team.
2. Billing and Licenses
B2B licenses are billed monthly through our authorized reseller (Polar.sh). Cancellation of the service will disable the Agent's communication with the Control Plane, immediately deactivating dynamic firewall rules.
3. Refund Policy
All our payments and refunds are processed exclusively by Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are managed according to Polar's Refund Policy, with no exceptions. If you wish to request a refund, please contact our support or Polar.sh directly.
4. Limitation of Liability
PrivacyProxy is provided 'as is'. We shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions arising from software misconfiguration on the client's servers.

Nuestros procesos de pago y facturación son gestionados de forma segura por Polar.sh, quien actúa como nuestro vendedor oficial (Merchant of Record). Al realizar una compra, aceptas los términos y condiciones de Polar.sh. Ellos son responsables de la gestión de cobros, cancelaciones, devoluciones y el cálculo de impuestos aplicables según tu jurisdicción.
